Find in Files - Results to file

Often enough - I need to be able to push the results of a Find in Files operation to a file for subsequent grokking. When the size of the results is large - this can take some time just to copy the results to the clipboard and then past into a new file. What would be nice is to specify results to file from the Find in Files dialog.
