Open file in the background

Can you please tell me if you can make it so that when a file is opened, then it opens it in a notepad in the background and not in the foreground? Since, for example, I need several files to work with, I open them all, and then I work with them. And so it turns out that each file overlaps the file search window with this notepad. thanks

Подскажите пожалуйста можно ли сделать так чтобы когда открывался файл то он открывал его в блокноте на заднем плане а не на переднем? Так как к примеру мне нужны несколько файлов для работы, я их открываю все, а потом уже с ними работаю. А так получается что каждый файл мне перекрывает окно поиска файлов этим блокнотом. Спасибо -

When you use Windows Explorer to open a file or list of files in Notepad++, the Windows OS brings the Notepad++ application to the foreground. That’s the way that Windows OS has been designed. The same happens when I use Windows Explorer to open a file in any other app that I can think of.
So I don’t believe there is anything the developers could do in order to prevent Notepad++ from coming to the foreground. Sorry.
