      @Luis-Piña-III ,

      • Enable (Ctrl+Mouse click/selection)
      • Enable current line highlighting

      Still on Preferences > Editing, as “Enable Mult-Editing (Ctrl+Mouse click/selection)” and “Enable current line highlighting”

      • see documentation: https://npp-user-manual.org/docs/preferences/#editing )
      • Display line number
      • Display bookmark

      Preferences > Margins/Borders/Edge: the first as the “Display” checkbox in the “Line Number” section, and the second at the bottom of the settings.

      • see documentation: https://npp-user-manual.org/docs/preferences/#margins-border-edge )

      re: documentation
      In general, the npp-user-manual.org site is updated about the same time that the author triggers the auto-update for a given version. Occasionally, when the author is already working on the next version, there is a 1-2 minor version delay while the focus is on a rapid update of the software. However, those of us on the documentation team are consistently working on updating the source for the usermanual… so if you ever find the documentation is out-of-date on the live website, you can look at the usermanual repo to see if the change is already in the works. But we do our best to keep it as up-to-date as possible.

      So when looking for preferences, opening that page and using your browser search for a keyword for the preference you are looking for on the preferences page (like highlighting or bookmark) is quite useful.
