New instance of NPP starts with NppFTP window hidden

There is an issue when opening a new instance of Notepad++. The NppFTP dockable window is hidden, it has to be turned on again and again.

To reproduce the problem:
1. Open Notepad++
2. Make sure, NppFTP is visible.
3. Hit Alt+F6 to open a new instance
The new instance starts with NppFTP hidden. All other dockable windows are showing as expected.

Is this a bug or there is a workaround to this?
