    NppPlugin::prp::updateGlobalFromSession: Error 8 loading the global properties file.

      Hello. I have install notepad++ on hdd C:\\ and also on D:\\ But I always open the version from D:\\

      So, suddenly appear this error message (lucky for me I press X - cancel, and not ok, otherwise I would have lost the data without being able to save it)

      NppPlugin::prp::updateGlobalFromSession: Error 8 loading the global properties file.

      followed by another error message:

      An exception occured due to plugin: SessionMgr.dll. Exception reason: Access violation

      And a new version must be install. And I install that new version, and when open it (from D:\\) the same error apears. The version on C:\\ works well, but didn’t load the last session I use with notepad++ from D:\\

        I think it all happened when I was copying some movies to D:\\, and I didn’t notice it was full HDD
