Plugins Admin Missing

This post is an FYI and I hope it helps someone with the same problem!
I use 64b Portable version of NotePad++ and recently download and installed v8.4.3.
I copy the folders Data, Plugins and Themes, and file config.xml to a Backup(Don’t Delete) folder before deleting the files then unzipping the new files.
After unzipping, I then copy the backup folders and file into the Notepad++ directory.
After starting the .exe, I clicked on tab Plugins and Plugins Admin was missing!
After much head scratching and re-installing, I installed the plugins one at a time and discovered that plugin NppHorizontalRuler.dll was the cause.
I installed ColumnTools and forgot to uninstall NppHorizontalRuler.dll!!
Problem solved!
