Updating FAQ posts with new links

I noticed that (at least) one of the FAQ posts now has outdated links in reference to the Boost version NPP currently uses. Version 8.4.7 Release Candidate refers to Boost version 1.80.0. The FAQ post here is still currently linking to the older Boost version.
This is a @guy038 post, however I think there might need to be a general check across all FAQ’s to make sure all links referring to the underlying applications used (Scintilla, Boost…) are current.
I’m just putting it out there for whomever wants to take on the job.

@guy038 and I are the primary FAQ maintainers, though there are a couple others who have permissions to edit the FAQ entries. If you message either of us when you notice something out-of-date in a FAQ, we’ll generally handle it promptly.
(For example, I just changed the links in that FAQ)
Though I don’t have time at this instant, I have also added a TODO to my list searching for other Boost links to see if there are more that should be changed. (I don’t think we have as many volatile Scintilla links, since Scintilla has one single source for documentation, and doesn’t link doc-per-version.)
