Search between pages feature!

Is there a way to search between the pages opened in my Notepad++?
I have many pages that are opened I don’t want to close so I leave them open and make new pages but it will take a lot of time back to find it so if there is a search feature it would be helpful. -

I don’t understand what you mean. Do you mean to find content in open files, then there is a button
find all in all opened documents
in the find dialog, but if you mean to find the document (file) itself, then use the menuwindow->windows...
.
Or do you mean something else? -

Yes, That’s it!
Thanks a lot, I find it. :) -

Whenever people mention having a lot of files open, two helpful things that come to my mind are:
Settings->Preferences->Alternate Icons
(changes saved/unsaved icons to be more distinct)- Assign a hotkey to
View->Document List
.
Those two have saved me a lot of time that I used to spend squinting at my open file tabs to see which, if any, were unsaved.

When I read that I immediately become concerned the OP is using the backup feature of Notepad++ without being aware of how it actually works.
Please Read the FAQ post Periodic Backup vs AutoSave Plugin so you are aware of the risks of not saving those pages yourself.
