hi i was wondering about the duplicate windows context menu the context menu should only show up in the new windows 11 one and not the old because it shows up in both any chance of getting this to only show up in the new one

In your GitHub post here, you claimed it wasn’t an issue and just a discussion. But now in the Community, you are asking if it can be fixed. In the Community, we can only discuss, not fix. If you really wanted it fixed, then the Github location was the right place. if that’s really what you want, you need to reply there and say that actually, you would like it fixed, rather than just talking about it.
There have been multiple discussions and issues about the Windows 11 context menu, and the developers have made some fixes in the last few versions. But I don’t know that they’ve found the culprit for the specific “duplicate entry” that you’ve reported (I remember seeing that before, but haven’t found the post).
I would suggest trying to install the v8.5.5 Release Candidate. If that fixes it, great, you can close your GitHub issue. If it doesn’t, then in the GitHub issue, you should share your ?-menu’s Debug Info and as much other detail as you can to explain in what circumstances you are that you see the duplicate entry (because not everyone sees that duplicate entry, even in Win 11)

@PeterJones well i was wondering if its possible to fix but i have searched about this and apprently it can not be fixed so thats why its a dicussion abou the approach just seeing if others have founnd the solution for it
