How to edit the *wiki* page on github?

If it is not editable by everyone, then how to suggests some edits ?
In the standard issue tracker?

The intention of that wiki is to be things that the development team feel are worth sharing in a place that is not the user manual. It is not intended as a community-input board. If you really think something needs to change in that Wiki, you could try creating a GitHub issue suggesting the idea, but i don’t know how receptive the developers are to suggestion for changes in the Wiki.
