      Bonjour,

      I did an automatic update of NP++ from 8.6.5 to 8.7.
      For HTML, the “Default keywords” and “User-defined keywords” fields don’t appear.
      If I install the portable version, these fields appear.

      Cordialement

        @DomOBU ,

        You have to make Notepad++ refresh your stylers.xml or theme. There are two ways to do that:

        1. If you have the PythonScript plugin installed (or are willing to install it), you can run my script, published in my Config Files Need Updating, Too post (that post has all the instructions or links necessary). This allows you to update the stylers and themes without losing your existing customizations.
        2. If you don’t have PythonScript plugin and aren’t willing to install it, or if you don’t have any Style Configurator customizations to lose anyway, then you can update your stylers.xml without any plugin:
          1. Close Notepad++
          2. Delete %AppData%\Notepad++\stylers.xml (assuming a normal installation; if you have a local/portable install, or are using Cloud settings or the -settingsDir, you will have to go to that directory instead of %AppData%\Notepad++ to delete the file)
          3. Restart Notepad++ , and Notepad++ will create a new stylers.xml from you based on the stylers.model.xml, which will have all of the most-recent styles

          The User Manual’s “Themes” page has been updated to better explain how to deal with themes, including keeping them up-to-date (including a version of the procedure I shared earlier).
