& in filename being interpreted as hotkey

Reproducing the problem
- Create an empty txt file called Z_Test&1.txt
- Open the file in Notepad++
- As it that can be seen in the snippet image the filename in the file tab is being displayed as Z_Test1.txt with an underscore under the t.

I can’t reproduce the issue with the latest version (6.8.3). What version are you using?

Also, it may be due to Win10 since I’ve just got Win7
