Feature Request: "Find" > "Direction" "Up" / "Down" : add "Full"

I often forget what direction I am supposed to search in the current file. It would be cool if Notepad++ could do a full page search by default.

Hi Johan,
in Find (CTRL + F) dialog you can set Direction to Up / Down (I’m sure you’re aware of this). Then normal way you press Find Next. This will use selected Direction. But there’s also option Find All in Current Document, that will find in whole document or even Find All in All Opened Documents.

I understand there are already ways to accomplish full document search, but I agree with Johan that it would be nice if there was a Full option next to Up and Down. In most cases I want to search the full document and having it right there would be nice.
The default selection could be a preference option in case others prefer the default to be Up or Down.
Just a thought. :)

I’m not entirely sure what you are asking for, but perhaps if you check the “Wrap around” checkbox in the Find dialog you’ll eventually find what you are looking for…
