horisontal scroll bug after restore window

if I scroll document horizontally for some amount
and then minimize window
on next restore (clicking window badge on windows 10 taskbar)
scroll bar is positioned to far left (0 scroll), and document is kept in scrolled view

B - after I click on scrollbar and move it to far left (there is no change in scrollbar position, but document is now also on the left)
