Issue: When notepad++ opens, it tries to re-open files, even when unreachable

When I open notepad++ it tries to re-open files. When I no longer have to network share available it takes forever to receive the dialog where notepad++ asks me if I want to leave the file open in notepad++. Does that timeout needs to be that long?
