    F3 always repeats search downwards even if searching upwards

      I love np++ however in recent builds I’ve noticed a change in behavior which is non intuitive and I suspect is a bug

      F3 repeats the last search. If your last search had the Down radio button selected F3 continues on downwards, however, if you had the Up radio button selected F3 now also continues downwards rather than the more obvious (and useful) upwards.

        Hello @Tim-Pearce,

        my oldest npp (version 5.0 from 2008) has this already implemented.
        F3 downwards and SHIFT+F3 upwards.
        Maybe that was introduced with a release and reverted back because of issue
        or users complained about this behavior as they were used to the other was, I don’t know.
