Export Import NPP Settings, Styles and Sortcut Mapper

This is useful when using the NPP on multiple machines. For example if I customize shortcuts or settings on a machine, allowing export and import in other machines, can facilitate a lot.

Hi, spem! “Preferences”->“Cloud”->“Set your cloud location path here” will export your settings to the specified directory. Then you can synchronise it with other machines manually or with a cloud.

thanks for the tip.
I had now set the could to a local hard disk folder, and it has created 5 xml files there.
Now, how to backup that when I wish and how to sync that (to other os. in my multiboot)?
does it automatically save every setting in these files all the time, so no need to manually back up the settings?
if so, can I delete the 5 files of that name from npp installation folder (to avoid future confusion)? or they are also required actual used files and this cloud position is only a backup?
Thanks.
