      I’m a new user, latest NPP on WIn10, just installed the hex-editor plugin from the plugin manager, switched to hex view, tried a replace all, and hung. Odd that the hex-editor plugin alters the zoom as well. Any better way to view/edit hex?

        unfortunately there isn’t one.
        Depending what exactly is needed we could have a python script doing it
        but if you really want a decent version I would recommend hxd.
        Standalone, but the best hexeditor I came across.
