Is this still considered the current location for the Wiki?

If so, how does one create a login to contribute to it? Seems like it should be easy / not require login to edit, but maybe it’s obsolete.

afaik it is not used anymore and outdated.

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
