Bug. Horizontal bar issue with very very long lines

I noticed the following behaviour in N++ 6.9.1 and 6.9.2.

1. Word wrap is OFF
2. A very very long line is printed (such a 84000 bytes base64 encoded image string).
3. The horizontal scroll bar correctly resizes to a small cursor.
4. Delete the line. The horizontal bar does NOT reset.

The only way to reset the horizontal bar is to close the file and re-open it.

has been already addressed in issue 926.
But I guess it’s treated as minor bug.
