bug, can't paste certain math characters like ⇐ in editor.

Bug in notepad++: if you copy certain characters, and then paste them, it doesn’t work right. For example the left double arrow character which I pasted in from Excel, when I copy/paste inside NotePad++, it comes out as a hollow box (missing glyph) character.
⇐ is the left double arrow. confirmed to be still broken in latest version 6.9.2

This is not a problem of NPP. The font you are using simply does not contain a glyph for “LEFTWARDS DOUBLE ARROW” (x21D0). For an overview of fonts containing this glyph, have a look here.
