Problem with Move to other view

I have loaded 2 files and the style how they are displayed is exactly the same. When using the function “Move to other view” the font and the line spacing of the second window changes so that it will become impossible to view them side by side.
Any ideas how to solve this issue?

With the left view active, execute the command on the View menu “Zoom -> Restore Default Zoom”. Now switch to the right view (make it active) and repeat the restore default zoom command. If this doesn’t make the two views nicely viewable side-by-side, post again.
