Print interface (preview and headers)?

Great little editor. :-)
But I’m wondering if I’m the only one finding the print interface a bit lacking? I miss a print preview (and thus prints over pdf-files which is not efficient) and I find it frustrating that I can’t figure out how to disable the headers (which means I delete and re-set them up all the time)…
As this seems to be a widely used editor, I can’t help thinking I might be missing something obvious?Cheers,

why do you reset it up if you want it to be disabled?
