option to not re-arrange tab lines

I’d like fixed tabs, just like in this post:

Is this planned? Or is there a plugin to implement this?

First of all I’ll just say that NPP is the only piece of software that I still love. Almost every time I want to do something new, I say “I wish I could do X, and if I could do X I think the command should be here…” and when I look, it’s already there. Thanks to Don Ho and all the other devs for making a wonderfully intuitive program.
I’ll go on to say that the tab lines flopping around like a crappie in the bottom of a boat drives me up the wall. God forbid you should try to move a tab to a new line. It’s like playing that game in the arcade with the light that’s chasing around the circle and you try to stop it in the jackpot spot.
With the shortcut discrepancy feature added, this is the last minor annoyance left for me. Thanks again for a great program.

Yes, yes. I’d love it if the Multi-line TabBar didn’t rearrange itself.
