"Date & Time - short format" (macro does not work)

When I write a macro with “TexFX”+“TextFX Insert”+“Date & Time - short format” … results in a first character of hour of date and not the complete date …
Example … “14:41 2016-12-14” ==> “1” of “14:41” …

macro recording works for notepad and scintilla commands but
TextFX is a 3rd party plugin so it isn’t assured that it is working.Cheers
