Can you make a Shared Notepad File (multiple editors at once)?

Currently im trying to find a way to have multiple users using a notepad file at once, and have all the changes populate as each user saves without losing the other users edits. Same as a shared notebook in Excel. Is this possible?

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
