Incremental Search?

Is there a way to set up the Search function for incremental search?
I frequently use Visual Studio Code, instead of Notepad++, because I find its incremental search to be so much more convenient.

Notepad++ has incremental search (Search menu -> Incremental Search). What do you want it to do differently?
