What language is the best to use on Notepad++ to design a forum such as this platform or Quora?

??? - this is not a question about npp, it is about what YOU can do and what YOU try to achieve. Npp doesn’t care about the language you use - it is an editor it handles what
you type and the best thing is - it does it without any prejudice. :-)
