Feature request; Yes to all

I often use Notepad++ to monitor a bunch of log files. Everytime I re-activate (set focus) NP++ I get a slew of should I reload this document questions. I’d really love either a Yes to all/No to all, or the ability to use shift or control to change my click into an “all” click and just reload (or not) all pending files.

Not sure if anyone followed through to check to see if there is already an open issue on that, or made one if there wasn’t…
