      I noticed that in the list of bug-fixes for v7.4.1, there is:

      Fix Notepad++ hanging issue on start up due to its connection on Internet - disable the certification chain verification.

      We have a problem with the application that we build here at PerkinElmer that sounds very similar. Could you please tell me how you were able to “disable the certification chain verification” in Notepad++?
