Defined language as default for new document

could you implement possibility to set my defined language as default for new documents?
I found one solution - to use python script on start but it didn’t work for me (hangs the npp). Maybe due to differences of npp versions or other reason…

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
