    Possible NPP x64 bug?

      OS: W10 x64
      NPP: 7.4.2 x64 with 1 plugin, DSpellCheck
      Upon opening NPP the change log tab for the last install always opens. I close the tab, close npp, reopen npp and there’s the change log tab again. I’ve tried several combinations of closing that tab, but every time I open npp, that change log tab will open and is always the last tab.
      This started out of the blue about 2 versions ago, or around 2 months, give or take.
      Am I missing a setting somewhere, or is this a x64 bug?
