      Hello,

      I use python and can no longer find the preference setting to tell Notepad++ to treat a tab press as 4 spaces instead. I can still convert tabs to spaces through the edit -> blank operations menu, but can anyone help me set this up as a default option please?

        settings->preferences->languages

        on the right side is replace by space
