Current line background foreground color set ignored

In style configurator and Global Style
If we want to change background color of current line and also set the foreground color ,the foreground is not change even you Unchecked “Enable global foreground color” -
Also, the changing foreground color is ignored in “selected text colour” and “smart highlighting”.
