The “+” in the NPP filename and dirname causes trouble under Windows 10 as it is not possible to start editing a file by doubleclicking it. Will there be a fix for this problem?

why do you think this is an issue - just tested on Win10 Pro OS Build 10586.1176 is is working for me.
