Notepad++ for Android

1. If there is a version of notepad++ for android?
2. I found this on Playstore: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.note.pad&hl=en
   is it the one developed by notepad++ for windows team?

NO, the one and only notepad++ is developed for windows only.
You can have it run under linux and macos by using wine like applications, which translates
the windows api calls into the linux/macos api calls but as far as I know there is no
such windows api layer translator for android available.
