functionList.xml is still wrong for javascript in v7.5.4

I still have to change the language id from 58 to 19 despite the comment in the XML file.
Every time there is an update it breaks the function list and i have to go hunting for the xml file in my app data. -
Functionlist seems to work for me with a test.js containing a simple function:
function convert(val) {
var y
switch(val) {
case “A”: {y=10; break}
}
return y
