Sync between iPad and iPhone

Just wondering if I can use note++ on my iPod and then sync with my iPhone so I could input the note
From either device? Any feedback would be appreciated -
Dave, notepad++ is just a text editor. So if you want to sync your notes between different devices you should use some applications that are intended to this matter as Google keep or Evernote and so forth.
