Is the N++ scroll bar style inherited from windows, or is it customized?

It looks to me that the scroll bar has very low contrast (light grey inside even lighter grey) and I am not sure if I would need to change windows scroll bar color, or configurate something in N++ in order to have different colors on the scroll bar.
