My apologies if this is not the correct method to request thread moderation, I created an account primarily just to make this post.
I wanted to point out that this thread (locked) attempts to address an error, but does not actually address the issue:

So telling users to disable Run as Administrator is not a fix; that’s like taking your car to a mechanic and being told to walk.
