js file won't load from dropbox

Good Morning,
the .js file is simply not loading anymore:

<style> .forms_padding{margin-top:5px; margin-bottom:5px;} </style><script src='C:\\Users\rgh\Dropbox\Roland\JavaScripts\RGH_JavaScript.js'> alert("hello"); </script></head>
I used forward slashes, same result, simply not loading
