Why does the style change back to the default white background after changing the position? Where can I change the profile?

After the portable version changes position, the interface path of the interface or style does not change, will change back to the preset white background…
2.
The portable version can’t save the relative position of the file. I want to save the open file and the file location of the project workspace “NOTEPAD++\NOTE\A.txt”.
