n++ portable without plugin manager???

I have downloaded a N++ portable 7.6 x32

but I don’t have Plugin Manager
wher I can find a new version of n++ portable?

note: the old plugin manager is not compatible with newer versions of notepad++, please use the built in plugins admin, as shown by @Alan-Kilborn

The original version 7.6 was rather problematic. I think you should follow @Meta-Chuh 's advice, and grab v7.6.6. It will have the Plugins Admin for you to use.
