I have downloaded a N++ portable 7.6 x32but I don’t have Plugin Manager
wher I can find a new version of n++ portable? -

you can get the latest official portable version 7.6.6 from here:

The original version 7.6 was rather problematic. I think you should follow @Meta-Chuh 's advice, and grab v7.6.6. It will have the Plugins Admin for you to use.
