Bug? Default code-page forgotten
-
I live in Poland. Standard encoding for Polish chars is Windows-1250.
Before 7.7, when opening a file, Notepad++ would automatically assume and use Windows-1250 codepage for ANSI files.
With 7.7, it doesn’t. There is no international code page at all and I can’t type Polish chars. I need to manually change encoding with a side effect of changing tab size (!) -
I assume you are facing the issue which has been addressed already and should be solved with the next version.
