notepad++ fonts display too small on UBUNTU 16.04 (200%
I can not use notepad ++ because the menu titles are too small, unreadable on my TV screen by HDMI with a 200% magnification so is the text I enter( the letters are too small). I’ve searched in preferences without success.
Font size is defined in Settings > Style Configurator > Global Styles > Default Style. Most other styles should inherit that setting (not overwrite font size).
Anything else (ultra-high resolution monitors, external 200% scaling , etc) are, as far as I know, handled by the OS, not by Notepad++ directly.
How do you run Notepad++ on UBUNTU ?
If you are using Wine to do that type
winecfgin the terminal, go to
Graphicstab and change the Screen resolution DPI value to your liking.
No need to change the font size from within Notepad++ in this case.
How do you run Notepad++ under Ubuntu then? By Snap?
