User Defined Language Collection
-
For those who want to use non-supported languages (by Notepad++) but too lazy to define them, you may find them from the official User Defined Language Collection repository here:
https://github.com/notepad-plus-plus/userDefinedLanguagesOf course, any contribution is welcome.

I took a look at the Defined Language Collection repository. Alas, apparently no one has added an entry for Julia. I’m not an experienced user of Julia, so I’d be a poor candidate to produce an entry for Julia. Surely some NotePad++ users must be using it for Julia code. What language are they specifying?
