XML Tools 3.0.3.3 delay N++ start for TWO minutes

Hi.
After upgrading N++ to last version (7.8.5 32 bit), also updated plugins.
After this, N++ starts, but remains unavailable for almost two minutes.
I checked with previous N++ 7.8.4 with same effect.
If disable XML tools plugin, it start normally.
Is it any way to get an older XML Tools plugin?

You can report it here, but it looks like there is already a fix.
See here, with version 3.0.3.4 there has been a fix implemented
which addresses a performance issue. -
