    Replace specific word between words in string with regular expression

      Hello,
      I have text with multiple of the following:

      define("EW_UNFORMAT_YEAR", 50, TRUE);
      

      I would like to make it like this by removing comma and TRUE

      define("EW_UNFORMAT_YEAR", 50);
      

      I have other line that have the TRUE but start with different
      I just want to match define(" and , TRUE); with anything between them.
      define(" EW_UNFORMAT_YEAR", 50 , TRUE);
      please help.
