Unable to update v.7.8.6 (64 bit) from program

Unable to update v.7.8.6 (64 bit) from program.
When checking for updates, program responds that there are no updates available but if I look on the web v.7.8.7 has already been released.
Can’t update more using the program?

im facing the same issue
im using v.7.8.6 (32 bit) on win 10 1903 64 bit
i did try to update it manually from the menu but it says “No update available”
